@Isseikun HDTVs enter the Mainstream in 2006, this drama was aired on Jan 18, 2002, produced in 2001, thus this is the best version you can obtain today. Hey, I have to ask: did you guys make these subs, or did you get them somewhere else? I'm curious because a lot of the lines are just wrong, and it ruins a lot of the jokes. Example: Yamazaki says to Nekota, "don't be shocked," and tells him Japanese cars are popular in London. Nekota is super suprised and says "I'm shocked!" That's a joke. But whoever subbed this deleted the joke. They just had Yamazaki say: "Listen up." And that isn't what he says. Tons of lines in the show are just mistranslated like this. It makes me wonder why. In any case, there's no point in watching a comedy where a lot of the jokes are removed. It would be nice if somebody could make softsubs for this out of the old hardsubs, which were fantastic. As of now, only the old low-res version of the show is worth watching, because it's translated correctly, and has a bunch of useful cultural notes too.
