You need to include the fonts in the mkv, all your releases are missing the fonts, the subs will display wrong for almost all users watching as they won’t have the Roboto Medium font installed like you probably do. Use the font collector in Aegisub to get the fonts needed by every episode into some folder for example.
Also set the correct script resolution (PlayResX, PlayResY), they’re both set to 0 right now and the subtitles are assumed as 384x288 by MPV but your video is 1920x1080. You can set this in the Aegisub script properties menu, or resample the script so it scales your subtitle styles to matching values.
And update your MKVToolnix :D
